Please note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless items are defective or damaged on arrival. In such cases, we’ll gladly assist you.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to heyanastacia@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or a suitable solution.
