Where we ship
We currently ship within South Africa only.

Processing times

• Orders are processed within 2 - 4 business days after payment is received.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
  
  

Delivery times

• Standard delivery takes 2 - 7 business days, depending on your location.

• Outlying or rural areas may take a little longer.
  
  

Delivery fees

• A flat shipping rate of R90.00 applies to all orders nationwide.

• Free shipping is available for orders over R700.00.

Courier service
We use reliable third-party couriers to deliver your order safely and on time.

Delays
While we do our best to meet these timelines, delivery delays can occasionally happen due to factors outside our control (such as weather, strikes or courier disruptions).

Incorrect address / undeliverable packages
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
